Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your email address on this web site, you agree to receive email from us. You can cancel your participation in any of these email lists at any time by clicking on the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option that is included in the respective email. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them, either directly, or through a third party. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails, because we hate spam as much as you do. By submitting your email address, you also agree to allow us to use your email address for customer audience targeting on sites like Facebook, where we display custom advertising to specific people who have opted-in to receive communications from us. Email addresses submitted only through the order processing page will be used for the sole purpose of sending you information and updates pertaining to your order. If, however, you have provided the same email to us through another method, we may use it for any of the purposes stated in this Policy. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

Payment Policy

Payment is required before beginning the program/product, as indicated on your Order form, it's a one-time fee. Please check the details of your Order form or Order page for the information specific to your program/product. You agree to pay the amount agreed and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card company. Wix to App is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over limit charges, or NSF fees charged by your bank or credit card company. Fees for Services may be pre-paid or by installment, as indicated on your Order form. Failure to make an installment payment will result in suspension or termination of the Services. Wix to App does not guarantee any specific results from use of the Services. Wix to App does not make any representations or warranties as to specific outcomes or results.

My app gets rejected

All of Wix to App's pricing plans are one time payments, so paying one time equals one app submission. Which means, if your app does not follow the Google Play or App Store guidelines and therefore gets rejected, we can help you publish it again as long as you pay for a second submission.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Wix to App does not give refunds of any kind once your app have been published or if the process have been started.

Changes to the Terms

Wix to App reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Wix to App encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates. If a revision to the Terms, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you by contacting you through the email address associated with your account. Use of the Services by you after any modification to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Use as modified.
